Leahy-Holloran CC Preschool/K1:
The Leahy-Holloran Community Center offers a developmentally appropriate program designed to provide loving care for children in a healthy, safe and happy environment. We provide the children an environment that is stimulating, challenging and rich in discovery experiences. Children are encouraged to explore their talents and abilities. Our curriculum is designed to encourage the development of social, emotional, cognitive and creative skills. This program is a fully licensed and accredited program for children aged 3 to 5 years.

FAMILY BOOK CLUB
The Leahy - Holloran Community Center (in partnership with the BPL Adams Street Library and BPS Murphy School) is very excited to announce the kick off for the Family Book Club Wednesday, April 14, 2010 at 6:30 PM.
This FREE program is designed for family readers grades 3 - 8, and is open to any parent/child interested in reading a new book and meeting new friends. Books will be provided to families monthly at no cost, and the Book Club will meet on the second Wednesday of each month to discuss the reading, play games, and receive new materials. This is a great opportunity for parents to read with their children as well as promote literacy development.

Adult Knitting
This class is designed for knitters and crafters of all ability levels.
Our master instructor will guide participants through projects,
help select suitable pieces from basic knitting up through advanced Irish Knit wear.
Participants can start a new project in this class or bring along a piece that may be challenging.
Participants are expected to bring their own knitting needles and yarn.
Our instructor will assist you in selecting additional needles for special prjects.
COST $30.00
Adult Computer Classes:
In four lessons learn to operate computers, load
programs, and copy disks. Beginners and advanced
Microsoft classes offered. Topics include: Word,
PowerPoint, and Excel.
COST: $75.00/ person
