Adult
Learn Irish Ceili and Set Dancing
The LHCC is proud to offer Irish Ceili and Set Dancing Workshops with Sally Harney
Thursdays 7:00 p.m. to 8:45 p.m.
Cost: $5.00 per class
No commitment necessary, give step dancing a try for $5.00, we are sure you will join us again and impress your friends.
Adult Yoga:
Beginner Kripalu Yoga classes are taught by
certified instructors. In this class you will learn
postures and techniques to help relieve stress,
increase blood flow, strength, flexibility and
balance.
Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:30—7:30 PM
COST: $30.00/person per session
ZUMBA:
This very popular aerobic fitness program
based in Latin Dance technique is fun and
easy to follow. By introducing body sculpting
movements with dance steps participants get
an intense workout.
Mondays & Wednesdays 6:00— 7:00 PM
COST: $50.00 /person per session
TEEN
Ages 12 +
Empowers teenages to become more self-aware
and confident. Students gain a sense of well-being
while developing strength and flexibility, while also
learn breathing and relaxation techniques.
This program will incorporate the ideals set in the
GO GIRL GO! Curriculum.

Girls Fitness Training
Ages 12 +
A great program that the benefits of real
body conditioning types of exercise and fitness
in a fun, non-competitive, non-intimidating enviroment.
Activities include boxing, circuit training, hip hop dance,
floor-ball, strength and flexibility stations using their
own body weight, obstacle courses, ball games,
jump ropes and more.
Wednesdays 5:30 - 6:30 PM

Learn To Play Golf for Youth And Adults
Boston Centers for Youth & Families’ (BCYF)
is pleased to bring back the “Indoor Golf Clinics”
and invite Boston young people and adults
to learn how to play golf.
Wednesdays starting March 10th at LHCC
Youth 5:15 p.m., adults 6:15 p.m
Youth lessons are free
Adults are only $30 for the entire six weeks.

Girls Fitness Training
Ages 12 +

This fun, full-body workout program is for all fitness
levels, and a continuation of the Boston R.O.C.K.S
Summer Program.
Classes will be offered for 7-10 year old girls.

GIRLS YOGA
This program is designed to introduce girls ages
7 to 11 to yoga, and will feature the GoGirlGo!
Curriculum which focuses on nutrition, heath,
wellness and making healthy decisions.
This program id open to all ability levels.
Exercise will promote strength, flexibily and wellness.
All classes conducted by a certified yoga instructor.
Thursdays, 4:00—5:30 PM, ages 7 to 11
COST: $20.00/ child per session.
