AQUATIC PROGRAMS
All classes are taught by American Red Cross Certified Instructors. If your child is not potty trained, a swim diaper is required. Youth participants must be at least 6 years of age and a min. of 4ft. tall. If you are unsure about your child’s swim level, please attend an open or family swim to have your child evaluated.
Pool Schedule
Parent/Child Swimming Lessons (6mos - 3yrs)
Parent and child interactive lesson. This class focuses on swim adjustment and basic skills for water familiarization. Instructors use game and song to acclimate babies to the water.
Saturdays 11:00 - 11:30 AM Cost: $30.00
Water Tots (3 to 5 yrs)
This interactive class focuses on basic swim mechanics and prepares young swimmers for independent lessons. Swimmers should be comfortable to leave parents for the class. Our instructors will be in the water with the students.
Saturdays 11:45 - 12:15 AM Cost: $30.00
Youth Swimming Lessons (Ages 6 - 12 yrs)
All classes are taught by American Red Cross Certified Instructors. Children must be at least 6 years of age and a mimimum of 4 feet tall.
Beginner l - Saturdays 12:30 AM - 1:15 PM Cost: $30.00
Beginner ll - Mondays and Wednesdays 5:00 - 5:30 PM
Advanced - Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30 - 6:00 PM
Adult Swim Lessons
All classes are taught by American Red Cross Certified Instructors.

Adult Water Aerobics
One of the most popular fitness classes offered at the LHCC. This low impact fitness class is designed to increase aerobic and muscular fitness.
Monday and Wednesdays 6:30 - 7:30 PM Cost: $50.00
Monster Swim Team
This Co-ed recreational program is designed to introduce competitive swimming to youth in a fun and team oriented manner. No prior experience is necessary, but youth must be able to successfully complete the "DEEP END" test using proper front crawl stroke and rotary breathing.
Practices will begin the week of November 29, 2011 Cost; $75.00
Practices Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30p to 7:30p
