MEMBERSHIP CARDS

Beginning Fall 2011, Membership Cards will be required to enter the facility.  Members must have their ID Cards on their person at all times.  Members are required to ensure the LHCC Administrative Office has accurate and correct Membership Contact Information

 

Replacement Card Cost:  $5.00/card

Family Membership
 
 
Family Membership Cost: $20.00
Senior Discount: $10.00 
Youth Membership - 12 -17 years: $10.00 
 

All memberships are annual (September to August).

You must have a current LHCC Membership to register for any program/ activity.

Youth Memberships are for individuals ages 12-17 yrs. 

Parent permission is required to register for any classes or special activities.

LHCC Membership is non refundable.

 

 

LHCC REGISTRATION and REFUND POLICIES

 

  • Aquatic Registration Policy— birth certificates ARE REQUIRED to sign up for any youth aquatics program.

  • Parents can not sign up children from multiple families for any youth aquatics program.

  • To register for programs and activities, you must have a current LHCC membership and must not have any outstanding balances from the previous session. 

  • All classes are filled on a first come, first served basis beginning on established Program Registration Nights. Waitlists will be established for classes that are filled. 

  • The LHCC reserves the right to cancel any program or activity based on operational needs.  In the event of a class cancellation by the LHCC Administrative Office, refunds will be issued to registered participants.

  • Individual Refunds will only be issued within the first 3 weeks of a program session.

  • All individual refund requests must be submitted in writing to the LHCC Administrative Office.
